Other Details to Note

A 4WD/AWD vehicle is strongly recommended during the winter months. Low-clearance, sports, or lowered vehicles are not suitable for access to the property, as they may scrape on Terrain Drive. The road is unpaved and may experience washouts after heavy rainfall; while it is generally navigable and re-graded yearly, drivers should proceed slowly and with care. During warmer months, vehicles with standard suspension typically have no issues accessing the property which includes cars.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the property. Please remain within the marked boundaries and do not go past the white markings on the trees, as those indicate neighboring property lines. A maximum of two dogs is permitted; cats are not allowed.

Find us

It is recommended to bring a 4WD vehicle, especially in the winter months. Do not bring sports cars or lowered vehicles to the property. They will scrape on Terrain Drive. The road is a dirt road that sometimes gets washed out with heavy rains. It is very navigable but you need to take your time. During warmer months, a regular suspension car will suffice.
